Dean French, MD
is a native Texan who received his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas in Austin. He then completed medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. After graduating from medical school, Dr. French went into specialty training in Family Practice at John Peter Smith/Tarrant County Hospital, Ft. Worth, becoming board certified in Family Practice in 1991.
Dr French is a founding partner of East Texas Family Medicine, PA. He is actively involved in the American Academy of Family Practice, and is a member of the Texas Medical Association, and the Anderson/Leon County Medical Society.
Allen Mills, MD
is board certified in Family Practice. He joined East Texas Family Medicine, PA in 1997. Dr. Mills is an active member in the American Academy of Family Physicians and Texas Medical Association. He received his undergraduate degree from Claremont Men's College in Claremont Ca. He received his medical degree at Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and completed his residency in Huntsville, AL. at the University of Alabama, Huntsville in 1988.

John M Klein, MD
is a board certified Family Practice physician. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Texas Medical Association. Dr. Klein received his Bachelor of Science degree in Bio-medical Science from Texas A & M in 1997. He received his medical degree from Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2001. He completed his family Practice residency at John Peter Smith hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.
Sidney Chadwell, DO
joined East Texas Family Medicine, PA in May 2012. He has practiced medicine in Palestine since the early 80's. Dr. Chadwell is a member of the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians as well as the American Medical Directors Association. He received his professional degree from the University of North Texas Health Science in 1982. He completed his residency at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.
